Our team maintains current certifications and receives ongoing safety training.
OSHA 10 & OSHA 30
All field employees hold OSHA 10-Hour certification. Crew leads and supervisors carry OSHA 30-Hour cards. We exceed the minimum requirements on every jobsite.
Fall Protection
Comprehensive fall protection training for all crew members working at height. We provide and maintain all required fall protection equipment — harnesses, lanyards, anchors, and guardrail systems.
First Aid / CPR
Certified first responders on every active jobsite. Multiple crew members per project are trained in first aid and CPR, ensuring rapid response capability at all times.

PPE Standards
Strict personal protective equipment requirements on all jobsites. Hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and fall protection are non-negotiable — and we supply them.
Ongoing Education
Quarterly safety training sessions, annual refresher courses, and specialized training for new equipment and techniques. We invest in our team's knowledge.
New Hire Orientation
Every new team member completes our comprehensive safety orientation before stepping foot on a jobsite. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

A jobsite is no place for impairment. Arbol enforces a zero-tolerance policy on drug and alcohol use during work hours and on every jobsite — no exceptions. What our crew does on their own time is their own business; on the clock, every one of us is responsible for the safety of the people working beside us.
