Apprentice Carpenter (New to the Trade)
New to the trades? We'll teach you. Our apprenticeship program pairs you with experienced framers who'll help you develop real skills. No experience required — must be dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working outdoors year-round.

We're looking for experienced framers with 2–3 years in residential or commercial wood framing. Must be comfortable reading blueprints, operating power tools safely, and working at heights. OSHA 10 preferred.
